Private Birth Prep & Push Session

For you & your birth partner

 

A calm, practical, pelvic-floor–aware birth prep session to help you feel prepared for labour, pushing, and the first hours after birth.

 

This is not a lecture and not a big group class.
It’s a private, body-based session where you and your partner practise together.

Core Foundations & Diastasis

Specialist clinic  90–120 min

 

If your midline feels different since birth — a gap, doming, low-back discomfort, or uncertainty around core work — this clinic gives you clarity and a safe way forward.

 

We don’t just give exercises.

We teach you how your core system works, then show you how to rebuild support in ways that carry into daily life.

Pelvic-Floor Coordination & Incontinence

Specialist clinic — 90–120 min

 

Leaking during coughing, lifting, running, or exercise is common — but it’s not something you have to “just live with.”

 

This clinic focuses on coordination, timing, and real-life application, not endless squeezes.

Postpartum Recovery Program

 

A structured path back to strength, confidence, and movement you trust

If you’re looking for ongoing guidance rather than a one-off session, our Postpartum Recovery Program offers a progressive, supportive way to rebuild strength over time.

 

This program integrates:

  • Core and pelvic-floor–aware strength training

  • Breath and pressure management

  • Education that helps you understand your body, not just follow cues

  • A safe progression back to full-body movement

 

It’s suitable whether you’re newly postpartum or years down the line and still feel “not quite right.”
