This 120 minute session is for couples who want a personalized, hands-on approach to birth preparation, empowering both partners with practical tools, clear roles, and confidence for labor and delivery.

Walk out with a plan, shared language, and skills to help you.

​There’s a lot of information out there. Your midwife or hospital will explain the medical side of birth – and that’s important.

Here's what we focus on:

  • Pelvic floor–friendly birth prep – how to coordinate breath, core and pelvic floor instead of just “push like you’re pooping.”

  • Smart pushing, not harder pushing – strategies to work with your body, not against it.

  • Partner tools – concrete “do this, say this, stand here” support, not vague “just be there for her.”

  • Movement-based learning – we’re on the mat practising positions, breathing, and pushing mechanics, not just watching slides.

  • Epidural-aware positions – how to keep your pelvis open and baby moving even when your mobility is limited.
