Service Description
Who's this for: • Anyone who notices a gap or weakness in the midline, feels unsure about core work, or wants a safe first step after childbirth. What you will learn: • Understand core anatomy, including the abdominal wall, pelvic floor, and diaphragm, in plain language. • Learn how breath and intra-abdominal pressure work together, with a simple daily breathing routine to support your core. • Get a safe, evidence-based diastasis screening and practical guidance on what to expect and how to progress. • Practice three short exercises and daily habits that safely rebuild core stability for real-life movement. • Receive posture tips to protect your midline during everyday activities like lifting, sitting, and play.
