Service Description

Hot Barre Burn is our fiery, music-driven barre class designed to light up your legs, glutes, and core. In a warm room, you’ll move through controlled, low-impact sequences using small-range pulses, holds, and focused reps that create that signature barre “shake” (in the best way). Expect a smart structure: a strong lower-body build, a targeted glute series, and a core finisher that leaves you feeling powerful and upright. We’ll use the barre for support and precision, with options to scale up or down so you can work hard without losing form. This class is ideal if you want a workout that feels athletic, fun, and effective—without jumping. You’ll leave sweaty, strong, and seriously switched on (and yes: it’s now also on Fridays).
