Service Description

Hot Morning Flow is a moderately-paced, all-levels Hatha–Vinyasa blend in a gently heated room. You’ll move through steady Hatha holds and smooth Vinyasa-style transitions: standing poses, simple flows, and light strength work, with extra focus on opening stiff morning hips, shoulders, and spine. We build heat gradually, add a touch of core, and then ease you back down into grounding stretches and a short relaxation. The sequence is structured enough to feel safe and familiar, but fluid enough to feel like you’ve really moved. This class is designed to wake you up without draining you. It’s suitable for regular practitioners and newer students who are comfortable with basic poses and ready to move a little. You’ll walk out feeling alert, open, and clear-headed – ready to get on with your day.
