Service Description
Gentle Hatha is a non-heated, ease-filled class designed to help you move, breathe, and unwind without pressure. You’ll explore familiar yoga shapes – standing, seated, and lying down – with plenty of time to find what feels good in your body. We prioritise stability, safe range of motion, and mindful breathing over deep stretching or fancy transitions. This class is perfect if you’re new to yoga, working with lower energy, returning after time off, or just wanting something kind to your body and nervous system. You’ll leave feeling looser, more present, and grounded – not exhausted.
