This is not a one-size-fits-all postpartum fitness plan. It’s a deep, functional reset for your pelvic floor, your core, your posture, and your breath. Whether you're 6 weeks or 6 years postpartum, your body is worthy of intentional care Who It’s For · You leak when you laugh, lift or sneeze · You feel disconnected from your core · You’ve been cleared for exercise—but don’t feel truly ready · You suspect a prolapse, diastasis, or just want to feel confident again in your body · You’re ready for expert, personalized guidance—not guesswork Program Features - Postural Realignment & Functional Movement We address more than your pelvic floor—we retrain your whole kinetic chain with smart, progressive movement. - 1:1 Weekly Sessions 60-minute weekly sessions designed around your needs: C-section scar rehab, prolapse, incontinence, DR, etc. - Targeted Home Practice You’ll receive weekly exercises (short (10 -15 mins), doable, tailored) to build consistency without burnout. - Private Messaging Support Reach me anytime during the 6 weeks for accountability, guidance, and reassurance. - Recovery Roadmap At the end, you’ll receive a custom long-term strategy to continue your healing with confidence


Cancellation Policy

Bookings can be cancelled and modified up to 2 hours before start of class. In case of special circumstances please contact us for manual cancellation.
