Service Description
Move, strengthen and reset in a one-on-one session. Crafted around your goals: strength, mobility, posture/back care, stress relief, or prenatal/postpartum support. We mix our signature methods: Power/Hatha Yoga, Hot Yoga, Barre and Pilates-inspired core so you leave feeling aligned, strong and clear. What to expect: tailored plan, hands-on coaching, form cues, and simple homework so progress sticks. Good for: beginners, busy professionals, athletes cross-training, and women’s health (prenatal/postpartum).
