Service Description
Total Body Barre is a full-body workout that blends ballet-inspired barre, Pilates, and strength training. Using the barre, light weights, bands, and your own bodyweight, you’ll work through small, controlled movements, pulses, and holds that target legs, glutes, core, and postural muscles. This is a low-impact but high-effect class: no jumping, plenty of muscle burn. We finish with core work on the mat and a satisfying stretch. You don’t need dance experience – the barre is simply your support. Expect your muscles to shake, your heart rate to rise a little, and to leave feeling strong, upright, and energised.
